Mr. Bajaj has extensive experience in strategic assessments and sourcing advisory
services. Bhavneet has a proven track record in leading large scale outsourcing engagements,
understanding client objectives, assessing the current environment, recommending sourcing
alternatives. Bhavneet has led large, diverse and global teams through the sourcing process
of RFP development, proposal evaluations, Vendor selection and final contract negotiations.
Through his leadership, major sourcing transitions were successfully implemented and
managed.
Bhavneet is an executive leader with over 18 years of information technology and business
process outsourcing expertise with in depth experience in developing and evaluating complex
business transactions and associated financial business cases. He is currently a Partner with
Sourcing Board, a leading sourcing advisory firm. Prior to that, Bhavneet was a Partner with
CIO Services Practice of TPI and has responsibility for managing all ITO, ADM and CRM sourcing
transactions including sales and account expansions. Prior to that, Bhavneet was a Partner
with the Financial Analysis practice at TPI and responsible for developing IP and managing
key financial resources within the practice. Prior to joining TPI, Bhavneet was a Program
Manager at I-NET/Wang Global services for their Network management group.
Bhavneet's industry experience includes financial services, retail, food services, automotive,
communications, energy, manufacturing, aerospace and government. Skills include sourcing advisory,
sourcing assessments, program management, new business development and analysis, sales support,
account expansion, federal government contracting, developing GSA Schedules, costing/pricing strategies,
financial analysis and risk mitigation.
Bhavneet holds a Masters in Business Administration from Stuart School of Business, Illinois
Institute of Technology, Illinois and Bachelors in Electronic and Telecom Engineering from Manipal
Institute of Technology, Manipal, India.

Representative Engagements
- Big 4 Advisory Firm: Assisted the client in the development of a multi
tower RFI and RFP for IT Infrastructure, Applications, HR and F&A. The RFI evaluated multiple
Vendors to down select to a limited number of RFP participants and evaluating vendor proposals.
- US Food Services Retailer: Assisted the Client in the development of an RFP for their IT Service
Desk and End User Computing, including Vendor evaluation and down select, due diligence, contract negotiations
and Transition assistance
- Global Financial Services Firm: Bhavneet led the development of the End User Computing Services strategy
and roadmap for Help Desk and Desk side support for the global operations that included multiple Service Providers
in different geographies across the globe.
- Federal Institution: Bhavneet assisted with the developed on the sourcing strategy, RFP development, assisting
with the Vendor selection and contract negotiations. Bhavneet also assisted with the development of the Governance
Model and organizational restructuring.
- Local Telecommunications Firm: Bhavneet led the sourcing evaluation of the Network Operations including Filed
Services, NOC, Network Optimization and Customer Care operations. The customer care included 400 agents in North America.
- Global Defense Contractor: Bhavneet provided global support to Defense Contractor in the renegotiation of
its US$1.9 billion, five-year transaction with a leading global Vendor. Key responsibilities included assessing
the existing environment against industry data, developing business strategy, evaluating the new scope and negotiating
the new contract with the Vendor.
- High Tech Manufacturing Firm: Bhavneet was the Partner responsible for the overall management and delivery of the
ADM outsourcing initiative. Key responsibilities included, strategy development, supplier analysis, RFP development,
supplier interaction, due diligence at offshore locations and contract negotiations.
- Global Insurance Company: Bhavneet was the Partner responsible for the ADM outsourcing and off-shoring of all
applications across multiple business units in multiple geographies including US, UK, Zurich and Germany to a Global vendor.
- Auto Parts Manufacturing Company: Bhavneet was the Partner responsible for the Procurement outsourcing
initiative for 300 buyers in the Direct and In-direct space. The total in-scope spend managed was greater than $2.1B.
- Telecommunication Provider: Bhavneet led the largest Customer Care outsourcing to a global Vendor valued
at over $2.0B that included all Business clients of the company. The engagement included implementation of
new technology and improved self service metrics. Bhavneet also assisted the client in sourcing their Applications
to multiple Vendors to their off-shore locations that included, RFP development, evaluation, Due Diligence and
contract negotiations.
