Andrew Chludzinski
Mr. Chludzinski has over 19 years of sourcing industry
experience. As a Financial Advisor and Project Director with TPI
for more than 8 years, Andrew advised on solutions for domestic and
international clients in Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) &
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
transactions. Andrew worked closely with clients to develop
baseline profiles and conduct financial evaluation and analysis of
competing suppliers to determine potential cost savings including
foreign exchange considerations, inflation / deflation adjustments, and
labor rate / volume sensitivity analyses. Andrew established
resource baseline and pricing strategies (i.e. approaches to
hardware and software responsibilities, options for consumption based
pricing and pricing units) and worked with legal council during the RFP
and contracting process to mitigate the client’s future financial and
regulatory risks. Andrew has supported numerous engagements with
a Total Contract Value exceeding $9 billion. In addition,
Andrew has provided strategy and assessment support in excess of
$5 Billion.
Prior to TPI, Andrew was with EDS
for 10 years. During his tenure with EDS Andrew served as a Senior
Financial Analyst and an Assistant Global Account Controller. Andrew
evaluated numerous new business opportunities, developed cost models,
monthly profit and loss models, and forecasting and financial efficiency
models.
Andrew’s strengths include financial structure assessments,
base case profile development, business case evaluation models, pricing
analysis, developing transaction and pricing structures, contract
negotiations, and contract compliance management. Andrew also has
considerable sourcing management and governance knowledge in supporting
clients with financial functions and responsibilities following contract
signing. Andrew has worked with clients in a variety of
industries, including automotive, communications, energy, financial
services, health care, insurance, transportation, and government.
Andrew has extensive expertise across all aspects of sourcing
assessments, transaction development, and governance operations.
Andrew possesses well-developed financial and business analysis talents
to ensure informed sourcing decisions are made and effective contract
management is achieved. Andrew has proven success leading capable teams
and building strong client relationships as well as providing well
defined recommendations and open communication throughout project
process.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from
Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey and currently
resides in Freehold, New Jersey.
