Sourcing Board belives that the role of the advisor is to be an enabling agent, to facilitate the development of an understanding between the client and the supplier. Ultimately the better the client and the supplier know each other before the relationship, the greater the opportunity for the relationship to be successful. The engagement is not about the advisor.
